When we arrived at Toyota Windsor a few day's ago we were very pleasantly surprised when the Sales Consultant, Nick Burling, showed us a 2008 Prado that was exactly what we were looking for, the silver colour was one of our colour preferences.

When Nick showed us this car we were half way there but his expertise in presenting this car and giving us good, sound and practical advice in how to buy it and pointing out realistic additions to the car was a bonus to us. His knowledge and meticulous paperwork impressed us very much and was extremely helpful towards enabling us to make the decision to buy the Prado.

Nick's friendly manner, his enthusiasm and efficiency impressed us and the two sessions we had with him were, in fact, enjoyable, and we came away feeling very inspired by his example and would not hesitate to recommend Nick Burling at Toyota Windsor to any of our friends who would be interested in purchasing a car.

I would just like to compliment you on the service I was given when my husband and I in the space of a month brought 2 new cars.
I had no intentions on both occasions to buy a new car, but a used car. We have been dealing with Mark Hawkins for many years and would buy anything off this man.
When we went to the dealership and told him what we wanted on both occasions he pointed us to Nick as he believed we would be better to buy new. Taking 2 prospective deals of himself and giving it to Nick. This is something I like about Mark and why I continued to buy from him.
Nick in turn was absolutely fabulous. I couldn’t have dealt with anyone kinder, nicer but most of all more informative. I believe he gave us a fantastic deal and catered to every need.
His follow up his attention to detail was better than we could have expected. The whole dealership from Craig who gave up his demo car on the day so I could buy it and take it immediately down to Keily who did the finance and Monique, not to mention the boys that helped me change cars, etc.
You should be extremely proud of all the people working for you.
I have previously been a radio announcer on WSF with Hans and Kayley and dealt with a number of dealerships, none of which matches yours.
Craig and the team are fantastic, even taking care of my two little ones with toys while I looked at the cars.
I would buy from Nick again everytime and Craig was so kind and accommodating that I knew they honestly cared about the buyer. My husband and I just spent approximately $130000.00 with the dealership and walked away very satisfied. We will also now have all our services done there because if Mark, Nick and Craig are a reflection of your service department, there couldn’t be anyone better.
Could you please pass this on to the people involved.

People are very quick to tell you the negatives, but very rarely mention the positives.

I phoned the dealership and was placed through to Nick.
From the word go, he was incredible!! He met my every demand. And was a true sport about the whole thing. I had shopped around to a couple of dealers, so I new what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Nick not only gave me the best price, but it was his knowledge and service that won me over. lf he decided to make the car an extra $5k I would've paid.

I work in sales and have worked in the motor industry myself for 5 years and it's not every day you come across someone as GREAT as Nick. I must say he taught he a couple of things while I was dealing with him. Anyone who has done as well as he, should be rewarded.
I think there would be a couple of people in your dealership who could learn a thing or two from Nick when it comes to clients. Mainly your finance manager. He should learn how to use a phone.

I enjoyed my experience with Nick and that's what led to your dealership gaining a new client. Should he move to Perth and I was in the market for a new vehicle l'd contacted him directly.

Dear Craig and Chris,

We are writing to compliment Nick Burling on the fantastic job he done when we purchased our new SR5 Hilux. From the time we arrived at Windsor Toyota he made us feel totally at home and done everything in his power to make us 100% confident in his knowledge of Toyota vehicles.

After he gave us a quote on the vehicle, my husband and I talked about it overnight and decided that we would be better financially waiting till the end of 2009 to purchase the Hilux. We called Nick the next day to advise him of this and instead of being like other car salesman and getting pushy, he just advised that it was ok and he would look forward to selling us a new car at the end of the year.

Both my husband and I were amazed by his understanding of our situation and decided we would do something now instead of later as Nick had at all times bent over backwards in his role as a retail sales consultant.

When picked up the vehicle, everything was waiting to go and we didn't have one drama with it at all. Nick was at all times professional and did the best possible job he could.

We as a family would advise anybody that is looking to purchase a new Toyota to speak to Nick and just see how genuine he is and what sort of deal he can do.

Also we dealt closely with Koby, Monique and Kristen, who at all times did your dealership proud.

Koby completed our finance and was a delight to speak to and nothing was a drama for her to answer. She has constantly gone beyond her call of duty and chased different things up with Toyota Finance in her own time. She is a very big asset to your company and we wouldn't hesitate to advise anyone to use Toyota Finance through your dealership, when Koby is organising it.

Monique organised and sold us our protection pack. Also she went beyond her job description and organised personalised numbers plates for my husband and organised everything to be included in the finance price. She's was at all times approachable and her hard work didn't go unnoticed.

Kristen is the first person you talk to when you call Windsor Toyota, and we believe it would be hard to find someone else to do her job as well as she does. At all times when we have called the dealership she has always been polite and well mannered, and taken messages and passed them on to the person we have wanted to speak to.

Finally we would like to say thank you very much for the great work your team done from start to finish in the sale of our new Hilux. We will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicle from you guys. Also we look forward to seeing the pictures Nick took on the day.

Just a quick e-mail to sincerely thank you for your approach towards my daughter (Danielle) my wife (Anna) and myself.

I have passed my comments onto Mr Craig Atkinson who seems to have the same work and business ethics as you.    Mark as I mentioned several times on Saturday I have seen and had to deal with the other side of the fence which makes me very sceptical towards car salesmen I have never been bitten yet but it has been a challenge over the years and with the daughters now in the market for vehicle up dates has had me worried………until I came across Windsor Toyota.   There were a couple moments on Saturday that most likely went over your head then again maybe not.

 1) You did your job 200% but stood in the back ground to the point a visitor to the yard actually thought I was the Salesman.   

 2) At one point you offered to leave my daughter and myself in private which  was declined on the spot by me, whatever I needed to discuss with Danielle would only have involved what you were achieving  from you end.

I have been told the Service Department is a pleasure to deal with also in the end Windsor Toyota is full of good people like yourself which has me feeling relaxed.
